have not been able to do any cycling or other execise since the weekend since i face planted and smashed my knee playing cricket at our scout camp. i should know better than to play any sport its dangerous.
125 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 40 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ouch ! But you can just as easily face plant stepping in a pothole on the way to the bus to avoid walking - might as well get your injuries doing something fun and healthy :) All my worst injuries have been from skating, and I have never felt better or been fitter since I took it up
