Caught a bug that my wife contracted a couple of days ago, as a result I didn't get anywhere near my calorie goal yesterday. Lost over 2 lbs. so I expect to gain a little for tomorrow's weigh in.
89.4 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
