Just discovered something new! Quest Tortilla Style Protein Chips in Ranch or Nacho Cheese flavors! Needed an additional 6 grams of Protein to make 75 today, so I just ate a half bag, and they’re DELICIOUS! Best tortilla chips I’ve ever had! So light and crispy. Perfect amount of seasoning. Hit the ball out of the park!

One 1.1-ounce bag has 19g of Protein, only 4 Net Carbs, and is only 140 Calories! They have 300mg of Sodium (which I need with my water drinking), only 1g of Sugars, only 1g of Fiber, though (wish they had more, but then they’d be the Perfect Food!) They ARE pricey! $12.99 for six little bags at BJ’s, but I had a $2 off coupon. Definitely heading back to get more before my surgery!!!!
84.5 kg Lost so far: 33.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well, found a drawback - these things are addicting! I couldn’t stop at just half a bag. I’m going to try to wait until I actually have surgery to eat any more of them, but it wont be easy. Coupon expires today, so have to run to BJ’s before or after church. Going to get at least two more boxes.

Just broke down and tried the Quest Nacho Cheese Tortilla-Style Protein Chips. VERY good! I think I like the Ranch just a tad better. NOW, I’m going to try to not eat any til after surgery.
