I usually save these weigh-ins for Sunday mornings but yesterday things kinda went off the rails and my nutrition was all over the place. I stepped on the scale to assess the damage and was met by this wonderful surprise. This puts me at 18.6 lbs down since February 1st, 2023. More to come.
99.5 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
