I cannot believe my weight has remained steady! Due to my birthday and a funeral this past week has been packed with eating out, cake, and too much alcohol to discuss. Back on track this week with no alcohol and the cake is gone (thank God!) It was so good though--white coconut, homemade by my sweet husband!
