In the past two weeks continual fluctuations up to 104.3 even and back down. Most frustrating but I am down to as few calories as I can manage. My doctor saw the difference and was very encouraging so just keeping going no matter what and hopefully I will eventually win til his battle with my body and it will stop holding on to the weight.
103.6 kg Lost so far: 23.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
