My calories average was less than my RDI. I exercised more. Hormonal changes I blame now. I ate less in the day to pre-plan that I wanted breakfast supper. Sometimes pancakes, eggs and bacon just are needed. Hubs raved about how good everything came out. I was glad. He left out at 5:30am for a two-day trucking run. I will enjoy diet food and crime shows in his absence.
