The oddest thing ever!
Weight dropping by being a couch potato and maintaining or even gaining while having daily workouts.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
