writingwyo, I’m feeling pretty well now that I’ve recovered from the cellulitis. My knee still hurts every day; but since I’ve been able to restart the Meloxicam, it is only a #4 pain level, instead of #6-#7 as it had been. Still taking Tylenol, but just “as needed” now, not setting an alarm around the clock to take it, like I was doing until last week. My range of motion is getting better with the hands-on physical therapy. She really stretches, bends and straightens me! It hurts while she’s doing it, but after the cryo-icing with compression, it feels better. I can now go to church and go up and down stairs without a cane or walker. So far, I’ve only done short drives, because I’m afraid my leg would get stiff with a longer drive, and I wouldn’t have fast enough reaction time if I needed to brake suddenly. Thanks for asking!

Grateful to hear that you're on the mend Debbie 🙂 I need to push myself and do more exercise, although we went shopping Friday.

Today was a better day and a start of a better 2m0. I threw out five 140-calorie servings of peanut butter pretzels. Wish the other culprits were out of the house, too. Not sure what I’m going to do about then. I DO plan to make some changes 2m0. Pretzels are disposed of. When I went to Food Lion to get the box of Entennman’s glazed pop’ems donut holes, that they had shorted me, they were OUT. Ended up substituting with Rich Frosted mini chocolate donuts 🍩 since they were out of those in donut holes too. Yeah mi I is 170 calories and I had two of them today. I DID give away two, and got my husband to eat one. Only 7 culprits left in the box. Making Coleslaw and BBQ tomorrow for lunch. That shouldn’t be TOO bad calorie-wise. Might try to concentrate on high protein 2m0. DEFINITELY need to back off the snacks! I really DO want to do better. Gotta decide on a plan and stick with it!
