Didn’t get in 100g of Protein - “only” got 84 grams, but I got over 40 grams of Fiber, and I stayed under 2,000 calories. This morning, weight is down to 186.6, so I’m very pleased about that. I’m going to try to keep calories below 1,800 today, and I’m going to try to drink two 16-oz bottles of water. Have PT today at 7:30am. Got up at 2:45 and I’ve walked a mile so far. Going to try to get in one more half a mile right before PT for warm-up, so I don’t have to do any there. I’d rather spend the time with the therapist doing hands on massage, stretching and bending. Used the Silicone Scar Tape for the first time last night. Part of it curled some, but I’ll be able to reuse about 2/3 of what I used yesterday. It’s supposed to be washable and reusable 7-14 times if properly taken care of. We’ll see!
84.6 kg Lost so far: 32.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I think you are doing great. I aim for 100gms of protein too and it isn't easy plus lots of fiber. Your goals are great!

You got up at 2:45 in the morning? 🫨 where did you walk? Your doing well on the protein. It's hard to do with real food. I added protein shake and it did NOT raise my blood protein! I was shocked. I did 8 blood experiments when donating plasma. Ground beef and real food got my protein levels up fine but that dang powder didn't work! I looked it up. And found there are problems with absorbtion of powders. I'm going to PTtoday too
