I realize I make short post very little...my weight is going up with low calorie, I might do 2 refeed days in a row, but i'm nervous about that! OR another thought was going to take a break from recording deficit and only focus on food.. When I see I have a 900 deficit I feel compelled to shorten the gap... I feel im doing too much, recording food and deficit with all the tracking I'm doing... plus outside forces are influencing my mental state so I'm trying my hardest to stay focused on my goals but I'm under pressure so... I'm happy I'm not back in the 190s regularly for over a month now.. Lately, I have addressed dessert in a different way: serving it as a family after dinner instead of a coping mechanism after kids go to bed- THATS A HUGE NSV FOR ME, as someone with binge eating disorder in remission..it's not every night that I eat dessert, I used to budget calories for such an occurrence.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Some people seem to thrive on being super-focused on charts/graphs/numbers/macros/ minutes/weights. Others take a more laid back approach. I tend to fall somewhere in between. I'm not focused strictly on weight loss. Quality of life is important to me. Eating something I enjoy, being able to relax, sleep well, not add too much stress to my already busy life. I set small goals. Try to make small changes. Be intuitive about what is best for me and not others. Keep the focus on yourself and what is important to you. Be mindful. Don't let life get too complicated. Hugs.

I like how you changed up dessert! This week I have been celebrating because I have resisted the break room donuts since Tuesday. I have probably NEVER said no to a donut. 😅
