HI FS MEMBERS. Have plateaued but I m not upset. BLOOD SUGARS are my main enemy as well as other health issues. I enjoy tasty food and this is lifelong dieting and maintenance as well so prepared MINDSET to go the distance. I am pleased though with my results since last XMAS losing slowly 9kg.
70 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
