Having a pretty good day today. I’m on my fourth 16-oz bottle of water. Haven’t had any Pub Mix, or Crème Brûlée, or Danish cookies. On target to be under 1,800 today if I’m able to continue doing well until midnight. The thing that threw me off was my grandson not eating all the breakfast I made him. I ended up eating one egg, a sausage patty and 2 pieces of bacon in addition to the “loaded” oatmeal I had already had before he woke up. In the middle of the night, I put a batch of Butter Beans in the InstantPot, and I had a tiny bowl of them, as well. I’ve walked 3 miles so far. MIGHT try to get to 5 today, but I’m afraid the therapist will fuss at me if my knee is hurting 2m0. I’ve also done all my PT exercises once, and have done half of them twice, and it’s not even 11am yet!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 34.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It did help for awhile Erika, until I went to BJ’s and they had samples of the peanut butter pretzels. The four of them I had were 40% of a serving. Then, I had a crème brulee. I reasoned that, since I had unwillingly thrown up a third of my lunch, and since I had only snacked on watermelon and mini cucumbers, I could afford the calories. Bear in mind that this was my third day without a bowel movement, and my weight will probably be up even more tomorrow.

Keep in mind you have lost 75 pounds so you do have some skills.

Glad to hear you are drinking more water. I have trouble with that too.

Too much water you will stretch out your bladder

Epsom salt baths, flotation tanks, yoga, swimming, running in the pool & saunas (plus ice showers = hydrotherapy) = some of my knees favorite things, & then I don’t feel so bad💗
