Ended up eating FIVE King’s Hawaiian rolls with butter yesterday, and topping out at over 2,100 calories. Bowels still aren’t regular, after adding back in 1/2 Glycopyrrolate with 2 stool softeners. Having to take laxative, which so far hasn’t worked very well. The Glycopyrrolate is supposed to be for sweating (which I hadn’t really done since I stopped taking it the week before 7/27 knee surgery), but my nose had started running constantly, even though I take 3 allergy meds, and it helps with that. I have surgeon follow-up on Monday. I hope he will recommend I continue PT past my scheduled end date of 10/5. I’ve made a lot of progress, but I still have a long way to go to be able to get down on the floor and back up, walk down stairs without holding rail, etc.
84.5 kg Lost so far: 33.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
