Typical, just as my body gets back into the flow of things, I get properly sick! Barely moving and carrying what feels like 1kg of snot 🤧🤢 Just one of the many joys of teaching c.300 young kids each week!
56.1 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
