decided to weigh myself every day. never done they before but I'm sick of surprises at the end of the week! I'm expecting a small gain over the next wee kor two as I get a bit more muscle from starting up my spin classes again, so that should actually be a good thing.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 11.9 kg a Week
