Pleasantly surprised after two weeks break from the gym and two weeks on vacation where I paid almost zero attention to nutrition and only worked out one day. I am back to work and back on the wagon with my next milestone being 210 lbs. Have a great week.
96.9 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
