This week I had a BBQ with family and for the most part stayed on top of the diet, 2 days over budget and the rest mostly where it needed to be. I didn't manage as many gym sessions, only hitting 2, but stayed about as active as usual. My diet and calories are all based on my normal day to day, I find it's easier for me to not track or factor in any exercise so my diet does the heavy lifting.

Late post but I weighed myself on correct day.
128.3 kg Lost so far: 47.5 kg.    Still to go: 43.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week
