Just sharing what can happen if you exercise after a long period of low-activity. This normal daily gain would usually go overnight, but it stayed. Body is in shock! Should settle back down in a day or 2.
56.4 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
