Dang it! I just wrote a long entry about how my day has gone, and it didn’t save when I tried to also enter the weight! Briefly: 6 miles, all PT, 6 waters, over 96g Protein, over 32g Fiber, under 1,700 Calories, and I THINK I’m going to be able to resist the Chocolate Chip Muffins I made for my husband today (no nuts). Good day, with pain level only #4 (with Tylenol, Advil & frequent icing).

It's great your weight is down where it was a couple days ago, that's encouraging. Wow you walked the 6 miles, very impressive. It's also impressive you kept your calories to 1,700. I hope you will be able to resist the muffins. Today at my Senior Prayer and Bible Study group there was a box of donuts on the table I was sitting at. I had mixed feelings smelling them the entire time, but I was able to resist having any. You are doing good on so many levels.

Thanks Snowwhite100! I think it is actual weight loss, and not just fluctuation. I’ve been in the 180’s for 15 weeks, so I know how to maintain. Now, I’m trying to actually LOSE, with the lower calorie count and higher calories burned with the 6 miles of walking. Once I get into the 170’s, I’ll work on maintaining that for awhile and then shoot for the 160’s. Haven’t been there since 1984! GREAT JOB 👏 on resisting the donuts 🍩. I cut off ONE bite of a muffin last night (about a tablespoon), and I think I’ll be able to resist it. I have one to my grand daughter last night and another to her, and one each to my twin friends this morning.
