I am a DIABETIC 2 also HEART and KIDNEY problems. I am stable at the moment. Been quite determined to keep to FATSECRET menus or substituting same as close as I can but keep close to calories. I feel a lot slimmer and healthier since I began APRIL 2023. My Doctors are pleased and impressed with me. I will keep going.
70 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
