Less than a pound left to go (9/10ths) to get into the 170's! Woohoo! Had 1,417 Calories yesterday, but my Fiber was a pitiful 4.8 grams and my Protein was only 61.7. Didn't drink ANY water, and drank 8 Diet Cokes. Did I already tell you I discovered the Lean Cuisine Herb Chicken with Roasted Vegetables that only has 180 Calories, packs in 18 Protein, and contains a 1/2 cup of vegetables? It beats my go-to Lean Cuisine Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes, which is 250 calories and 21g Protein.

I don't want to be up yet, but my husband woke me coughing. Still isn't over whatever he's had for the past two weeks. I'm thankful that I haven't gottein it - especially since my grand daughter had it for a few days, my grandson for about a week, and my daughter also on her 2nd week of it. Debating on whether to go back to bed or start walking. It's 4:30am. HAVE to be up at 6:15 to get grandson ready and off to school. He hasn't been this week, and missed Thursday and Friday of last week. OK, not getting sleeping OR walking done by staying on here@

Do you like blackberries? If you're looking to get fiber up and enjoy them (I do), they're great. Frozen are just as nutritious as fresh If the fresh are too expensive

writingwyo, I don’t think I’ve ever tasted a blackberry. Something to consider! Thank you, Morticia - I’ve stayed well for the two weeks there’s been sickness in the house. Maybe I’ll be spared! The Lord knows I would be very discouraged if I didn’t feel well enough to walk.
