My weight was down again this morning, to 180.2 - only 3/10 of a pound from the 170’s! Inching my way toward my goal! Five more days until my doctor appointment. Yesterday’s stats: Calories 1,303; Fiber 29.2; Protein 84.46; Walking 6 miles; did all PT exercises, Water 64oz (1/2 gallon); Diet Coke Coke 7 cans (84oz). I would like to get to where I drink MORE water than Diet Coke every day. Doing well today - pain level only a #4. I still have 2 miles to walk and 6 PT exercises to do before I can call it a day.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 35.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you aware of the impact so much artificial sweetener has on the good bacteria in you gut? Might want to do a little research. Other than that, you're doing great! 💚💜💛
