I can't believe I'm here. Lifting weights is key at 61 years old. I never changed my diet, but I lost almost 14 pounds in 6 months. I weigh once a month now, and without fail, I'm usually diwn a pound.
79.1 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
