😁 the walking is helping. although someone please tell this to my sore leg muscles (or lack thereof!) 5km daily, 5 days a week, for the last almost 4wks
78.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
