I didn’t think I lost anything with the Thanksgiving Holiday but I tried to eat sensible and pay attention to my portions and I guess it paid off.
82.9 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
