Huh? I'm bloated this morning, no idea why! I usually drop a kg overnight after the day's food etc, last night I dropped just 300grams 🤔
56.8 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Been there done that can’t help you with it I’m assuming it’s just fluid retention in the body for whatever reason
