My scales say I've lost weight but gained body fat. Can't remember what the body fat percentage was, but it was "over fat" not healthy like it was previously at 29.5. Not impressed. Not even bothered that weight is lower, because I want body fat to be in healthy range. Told Michael (trainer) and he said it doesn't make sense bc we have been doing weight training, my scales must be wrong. Or I've weighed different times etc. always do the same, morning etc. I don't want to lose weight. I want to lose fat. We shall see where this goes. On another note, I now have an elliptical. It's way harder than the gym ones. I didn't bank on them being different! Feel ripped off when I "only" log 10mins bc the home one is so bloody hard!! Still something is better than nothing!
