I've let my Noom subscription expire. I wasn't using it well. I weighed each day, but that's all. I'm aware I am making some poor choices, and am not using the psychology strategies I've been learning. Impulse is my enemy sometimes, but nothing I can't fix. Nothing is forever. I'm still 10+ kilos down on October 2022. I've got this!!

Even with the double up on Mecca's today, due to some miscommunication. :D
