Fibro has been through the roof 😭 Performances, Presentation assemblies, Ratty students, students and other staff giving me chocolates...all done now so back on track, for a few days anyway!
57.4 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
