Thought I’d weigh myself today after 4 full
Days of starting my diet. Boom! Was 106.1KG down to 103.5 in 4 days! Bring. It. On!
103.5 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My wife says it drops easily first few weeks then next to nothing and loads more effort! She was right last time around!

Keep up the work Nick it doesn’t matter how slow or how fast the fact is your losing weight and going in the right direction. Yes it will drop fast when you carry more weight than someone that’s light weight and wants to lose some but most of it is in your eating and the exercises help.

Hi Angie, I’ll do a weigh-in in the next day or so. Be good to see if there’s a change. I have had a couple of cheat days with a few glasses of wine and a few chocolates, as it’s the hols, but back on it now. Thanks. Hold this space!

Not sure if this will help anyone but I try and fast/do the 16 hour break to help lose weight. cheat tho as I have a couple of cups of tea with raw sugar. That still doesn’t stop me losing weight for some reason. Then, a 3-400 Cal lunch then a 500 Cal dinner. Best thing that stops me craving is infused mineral water and Extra chewing gum as they are ultra low in Cal’s but keep hunger at bay. I find that if you can also keep up with 2L of water a day, drinking it whenever you’re obviously thirsty but also hungry, helps lose G’s / KG’s also. Just my 2 bob’s worth!

Thanks Nick ...& I think any lose of kgs over the holidays is a plus or at anytime really. As long as it's coming off slowly it's a win in my book. I bet your doing great. Cheat days are a plus. I do fasting 20:4 I normally just eat dinner tho, of about 300-550 cals with alot of veg. Thanks for your 2bobs worth it helps.
