Up and down.
Up and down

So much stress. So much going on. So much eating junky type food. So many days of skipping lunch.

But pet scan came back fine. A few things to watch by r but that’s to be expected as a cancer survivor.

Labs came back okay. BUT I upgraded to a full women’s panel. A few things to watch there. Pancreas, A1c etc. One number shows I am just in normal. Another number shows I am in pre diabetes. My numbers (not the a1c as this is the first time I’ve had it done) during and after chemo always showed right on the line too but those were usually not fasting. This time was fasting. So… time to put down the fake sugar drinks and my beloved candy bars. Well, I’ll cut back again.

Probably doesn’t help that during work I suck on mints. Yes I’m working now! A couples days a week. I love my boss, supervisors and coworkers. I enjoy the work I do and helping customers. Work is my safe/happy place now. I walk in and feel my shoulders drop. I walk in and within 2 minutes I am calmer and happier. Just to be around people who care for me, appreciate me and TELL me so! It’s life changing for sure.

There are a few stressors at work but that’s life. Some drama and major issues atm. Glad I have a few days off! Sad that I can’t be there to support my team though. Whenever I feel stressed from my home life I go to work. Just sit in the break room. Say hi to a coworker. Within minutes I feel a wall of safety and love surround me. Even with my bear of a boss lol. (Grizzly bear in the morning and by end of shirt he’s a teddy bear)
55.6 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
