just 2 days ago I wrote about not losing any weight from the previous week. I stepped on the scale first thing this morning and I'm down! Thankfully! the scale not moving after all the efforts is such a let down! yesterday I took a long walk downtown Denver I need to do that more! especially if I'm going to move the scale like that!
