Hi TIN GIRL read your journal and YES I would find that hard to keep to my DIETin saying this I'm D2 HEART PACEMAKER N DEFIBRILLATOR and D2 SENSOR on my arm. I see the graph on my FOOD INTAKE go up n down like a YO YO and quite disturbing knowing the dangers of HIGHS n LOWS instead it made me more DETERMINED to HAVE a HEALTHY DIET no matter what.. I'm 80yrs old. My DRS tell me I'm amazing. I just want to have a good life.
