What a strong start to the year. I do have a family dinner at an all you can eat tonight, lol, so I will see how this week goes. The rest of the week should be fine and balance it all out but we will see. This is the lowest I've reached so far on this journey, since December 4th I've been sorta stuck in an up and down balancing act. It's all part of the journey and overall I'm still feeling and doing great.
