Really struggling with the Fibro ever since I did Aqua Warrior....try to exercise and body says Nah! Happy to be in maintenance-mode at the mo.
57.4 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
