Committed to Melbourne half marathon in October so training starts slowly now; hopefully this will get my weight back under control as I am not calorie counting at the moment.
57 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
