A loss is a loss. Even more so, when it would have been more, of I hadn't had insomnia last night. 😳 Very unusual for me, to do snacking around 0100 hours.
Healthy options from last night's dinner included poached, not fried chicken and 2 low fat healthy salads.
96.9 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 17.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
