Hm interesting jump up a couple of pounds. Could be natural fluctuations. Could be water retention. Could be muscle; been working out a lot and have increased reps and weights.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week
