I am still a long way from my goal. I've only lost 6 pounds but, strangely, I feel...lighter is the only way I can describe it. It's a good feeling. 😊
110.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
