I'm super happy with the drop this week. 1.5 lbs down. I increased my calories, upped my protein intake, only did strength training twice this week (vs the 4 days I normally do) and 6 days of cardio. Happy Sunday everyone!
98.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
