a great week for weight loss. it was again a difficult week with another short worktop, again airport food and restaurants. still I got 1% off. I'm really happy. I feel like the thoughts of not counting calories seriously or to get takeaway get stronger. I think that's fueled by seeing it works even on worktops - where I eat out and can't really count calories. but I must resist the urge or I will stop loosing weight.
but I see a cheat day might need to happen some time to satisfy some cravings. luckily most cravings are just nice dinners, not chocolate or chips. surprisingly I can stay away of those still quite well.
