I didn't quite make it past the 120kg barrier this week but if I keep doing what I'm doing that will likely happen next week. Exciting stuff!
I'm getting ever so closer to my goals. My daily exercise has been successful. Diet has been good and meal planning with my partner has helped keep me on track.
I'm keeping up with my studies, working full time, raising 2 kids, crushing the weight loss at the moment, finding time to video game a little bit and I've also been working on a creative project that I have almost completed. I feel very accomplished.

If you're reading this, I hope you're doing well. You've got this!
120 kg Lost so far: 55.8 kg.    Still to go: 35 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week

Thank you so much for the kind words. I'm definitely busier than I have ever been but this is probably a kinda normal thing for lots of people. It's relatively new to me, first full time job and we had 2 under 2 (until a recent birthday) My progress all started with diet alone, I was really finding it hard to fit gym/exercise into the equation but then when I lost a bunch of weight and started having more energy I was able to do more and I've now got a daily exercise routine I can do at home anytime that I stick to, any extra beyond that is welcome but I know I can accomplish the smaller goals I set of try and stick to my calories, do my daily exercise and then juggle everything else. We all have to find our balance I think.
