69 Kg and the cast is off - I took it out (yep, I know it's not the best thing, but until now everything is the same or better and it was getting me crazy). I will continue with the cabbage leaves compresses, but today... is "beach day" (no beach involved, just the local public pool - the oldest - loooool).

I went out last night and drank more than my share and... I think I got drunk or dizzy or something - which I hate.
Also... my boyfriend asked me to show him something (dancing-like - no joke) and... I didn't want to do it and did not do it and now I'm sorry. It was stupid and between some stupid stuff in my head and the extra weight... I just didn't want to do it. Now I'm really sorry...

Thank God the challenge starts tomorrow! I'll start exercising and... I also want to make something like a dance for him, since in almost 3 years since we meet I've never done something like this for him.
We probably won't see each other for the next... well... more than a week, so I have enough time to lose some weight and also "practice" (hihihi: still I have no idea if I want to do something rehearst or just... want comes to me, then - loool!). He's like... whatever anybody could imagine more perfect and nice in a guy (well... for the way I see life - looool!) and I'm so sorry for not doing that last night (he actually didn't even asked me to dance-dance, just to show him one single thing that would have taken 5 seconds or so!).

Well... what's done is done, so no use fixating on it! I need to focus on quitting the cigs! And (right now, at least) I hate all the beer in the world (it got me dizzy last night! Mrrr! It's its fault - loooool!) so no more of that.
Today's weigh-in tip: STOP DRINKING AND EVERYTHING WILL BE BETTER!

Just starting to exercise, getting more outside, getting a tan, getting rid of the extra weight, caring for my ankle, eating better, having fun with my daughter and getting back on track with "my job" (trying to start my own, working as a freelance consultant (& managing consultant) in safety at work, emergency situation preparedness and integrated management systems'... management/development/etc. - & it's not that easy getting those first, "enough" of them, big clients!)! That's what I need to be focused on right now!

And... getting to the pool and having a fun (and active :D ) day w my daughter!

Lots of things in my life that could be do-overs I don't go there often anymore. Dancing is good exercise. Have fun with it.

I've never thought of me as overdoind anything until now... :) But I reaaally love life, in general and with a few things more than others! :) Thank you, a lot, for the advices and the perspectives and the encouragements and the support, glen! @wholefoodnut - Dancing was 2/3 of my training today and, trust me, compared to squats and abs... dancing was a lot harder (well... at least the way I'm trying to do it now, which looked very nice on YouTube, but it's much harder than I expected it to be when it comes to actually doing it ;) - loool!). But, indeed, it was fun and I do have a really big motivator, especially since I childishly screwed up and my guilt factor is pretty high ;) ! Lol: guilt, "eating you, inside", it's better than Duracell and even better than "a brick that stands to fall on your head", trust me - looooool! :)

started a low carb diet about 11 days ago and have lost 10lbs... my ketosis level is .5 the last time I checked my blood. Although I'm in ketosis, I find it hard to find fats that I can eat, been relying on cream cheese as my fall to food but there has to be more and don't suggest butter in my coffee, that's just wrong.

Have fun dancing!!! It can be amazing exercise. You should enjoy your exercise. It makes you want to keep doing it!
