A rocky start into this week, I was enjoying too many treats but thankfully it wasn't enough to offset the rest of the week. My daily exercise slipped a bit when I took a trip away from home. The habit needs to be ingrained further to not be affected by a change of pace and scenery. I will see how the 120kg hurdle looks next week.
