Weight down again this morning, to 198. In the past 3 weeks, I've lost 7 pounds. Making better choices and back to drinking water. I've had regular BM's for the past 3 days since I stopped taking the stool softeners. My affirmations are becoming realities. Glad to be back on the road to better health and a healthier weight of 149 pounds by mid-August. I've also increased my Protein intake by working in Premier Protein drinks (30g Protein in bottle) and eating Protein/Fiber bars (21g Protein / 12g Fiber) My body is thanking me, and I'm praising God for the progress!
89.8 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
