Teeny tiny steps in the right direction. I started this journey in June last year at 136kg ( I began with this ap after I’d already lost a few kilos). I’ve been mindful and for the most part working on changing my relationship with food and exercise. I’m 1.1kg from a 40kg loss and man I’m hungry for that!
