Weird. I’m still 133. 😰 I wanted to be 130.8 by the end of the week. Any tips given on how to do that is much much appreciated.

Don't get too wrapped up in a number. If you are developing healthy habits, then you are winning. Dropping 3 lbs in 1 week can be done, but it is not healthy.
