End Week 8 May 4 2024: Weight 140.2 lbs Waist 30.5" Hip 40.2"
Seems like I was able to maintain my weight last week even with the extra calories. I want to cut but it is so hard to do while weight training. If I cut put my extra 200 calories of carbs, I cut my energy for my workout. I am not sure what to do. I think I will stay here at maintenance for a while and see how my body changes without cutting.
