Yesterday I was very sore... I warmed up with a 1 mile bike ride, I did my hour of weight training. I powerwalked 2 miles in the hottest part of the day, did a 45 minute HIIT class after an early dinner. Finally another 2 mile bike ride in the evening. I slept 7 hours last night and I feel great today.
64.7 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
